I acknowledge that It is my responsibility to ensure that where applicable, a tachograph is completed correctly and returned to the client or ABS resourcing. It is my responsibility to carry out duties of the driver as specified in the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1971, and to carry out daily or weekly checks to ensure that the vechicle is roadworthy. I undertake to notify ABS resourcing, if in accepting an assignment, I would exceed my allowable working hours.(Required)

You will receive your payment on Friday weekly before the close of business. c. You agree to opt out of the 48 hour working time directive and can work in excess of this when you choose to do so. d. That you have valid documentation for your right to work in the UK, full applicable driving license and proof of address. Your employment contract will be added to the online gateway.
